(1) The machine tool only bears electromagnetic induction and does not bear cutting load, so it is basically no-load operation. The power required for the main shaft drive is small, but the no-load stroke is required to be fast, so as to reduce the maneuvering time and improve the productivity.
(2) The adjacent parts of the machine tool, the inductor and the bus transformer are subject to the action of high and medium frequency electromagnetic fields, so keep a certain distance, and should be made of non-metallic or non-magnetic materials. If the metal frame is close to the electromagnetic field, it should be made into an open circuit structure to prevent the generation of eddy currents and heat.
