How to prevent cracks in refractory brick walls?

1. Before construction, the foundation construction and excavation must take this factor into consideration. If the original soil of the foundation is not damaged and the depth is large, artificial foundation should be used, and the bearing capacity of the foundation should be greater than that of the original natural foundation.

2. The mortar ratio of refractory bricks can be adjusted appropriately; the strength of the mortar should be controlled under the premise of meeting the workability of the mortar.

3. Strengthen construction management.

(1) Ensure the fullness and thickness of the mortar joints, control the moisture content of the bricks, and prohibit dry brick masonry or excessive watering;

(2) When building internal and external walls, simultaneous masonry should be carried out to reduce residual friction. The construction height should not be too high. The masonry on the adjacent part of the wall.

(3) When there are load differences in various parts of the building, the construction process of refractory bricks should be reasonably arranged. Part of the settlement can also be adjusted in advance.

(4) Avoid high temperature or cold season as much as possible during refractory brick construction. When it is unavoidable, measures for curing, cooling and heat preservation of concrete engineering should be strengthened. Set up post-pouring belt if necessary.

(5) The construction of roof insulation, walls or insulation blocks needs to ensure the quality of loose insulation materials and control the thickness of the insulation layer.
