1. Synthetic mica refractory mica tape

Synthetic mica is an artificial mica with large size and complete crystal form synthesized under normal pressure by replacing hydroxyl with fluoride ion.

Synthetic mica tape is made by using mica paper made of synthetic mica as the main material, and then pasting glass cloth on one or both sides with an adhesive. The glass cloth pasted on one side of the mica paper is called “single-sided tape”, and the paste on both sides is called “double-sided tape”. Its main feature is high heat resistance and can reach Class A fire resistance (950-1000 ℃) The temperature resistance of synthetic refractory mica tape is greater than 1000℃, the thickness range is 0.08~0.15mm, and the maximum supply width is 920mm.

2. Phlogopite refractory mica tape

Phlogopite fire-resistant mica tape has good fire resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corona resistance, and radiation resistance. It also has good flexibility and tensile strength, and is suitable for high-speed winding. The fire resistance experiment shows that the wire and cable wrapped with phlogopite tape can guarantee no breakdown for 90 minutes under the condition of a temperature of 840°C and a voltage of 1000V.

Phlogopite fiberglass fire-resistant tape is widely used in high-rise buildings, underground railways, large power stations and important industrial and mining enterprises and other places related to fire safety and fire rescue, for example, power supply lines and control lines of emergency facilities such as fire fighting equipment and emergency guide lights . D. Double film phlogopite tape: use phlogopite paper as the base material, and use plastic film as double-sided reinforcement, mainly used for motor insulation. The fire-resistant performance is poor, and the use of fire-resistant cables is strictly prohibited.
