The temperature of the muffle furnace shows the cause of instability

1. The thermocouple electrode is in poor contact;

2. The thermocouple has an intermittent short circuit or open circuit;

3. The thermocouple is grounded intermittently;

4. The position of the thermocouple is constantly changing;

5. The compensation wire has grounding, intermittent short circuit or open circuit;

6. The temperature display instrument is faulty;

measure:

1. Reconnect the thermocouple;

2. Check the thermocouple to eliminate the fault point or replace it;

3. Eliminate grounding points;

4. Fix the thermocouple;

5. Check the compensation wire and eliminate the fault point;

6. Repair or replace the temperature display meter.
