2. Check whether the spray pump and fan are operating normally.

3. Check whether the emergency pump works normally and whether the pressure is normal.

Monthly maintenance content of induction melting machine 1 (furnace body):

1. Check whether the coil is sparking or discolored. Whether the supporting wood is broken or carbonized.

2. Check the tightness of the magnetic yoke, check the rotation of the furnace cover of the lifting cylinder, and whether there is oil leakage in the cylinder, and adjust its speed.

3. Check whether the front shaft pin of the furnace frame and the shaft pin of the lifting cylinder are worn and loose, and add lubricating oil to the rotating part.

4. Check the water-cooled cables and water pipes.

Monthly maintenance content of induction melting machine 2 (power cabinet):

1. Check the electrical conductivity of the cooling water of the power supply, the requirement is less than 10us.

2. Clean the dust on the module and main control board at all parts, and fasten the wiring terminals on the module.

3. Check the condition of the discharge resistor.

1. Check the fan, check the bearing seat and add oil.

2. Check the temperature setting of the spray pump and fan, and check whether the linkage is normal.
