Installation, commissioning and acceptance

1. Installation: Before the complete set of equipment arrives, the buyer must clean the site according to the supplier’s drawings, lay the water and electricity pipelines, and put the equipment in place according to the construction drawings provided by the supplier. The seller is responsible for the installation and connection of water, electricity and gas pipelines inside the complete set of equipment.

2. Commissioning and acceptance: After the complete set of equipment is installed, the seller is responsible for the commissioning of the whole machine, and the acceptance shall be carried out according to the relevant terms of the technical agreement, namely heating temperature, temperature difference, cycle time and other main technical indicators; compliance with the indicators agreed in this technical agreement The final acceptance.

Before the equipment leaves the factory, the user can send personnel to the supplier’s site for pre-acceptance.

After-sales service

1. Warranty period: The warranty period is one year. The equipment failure during the warranty period will be answered within 4 hours from the date of receiving the notification (subject to the fax). The maintenance personnel must rush to the site to eliminate the fault for free within 48 hours.

2. Technical training: Before the equipment is delivered or during the commissioning period, the seller is responsible for technical training for the buyer’s on-site operation and maintenance personnel, and the training time is no less than 10 hours. All training is free, and relevant technical information is provided. Enable the buyer to master the operation essentials and eliminate common faults.
