Technical requirements for intermediate frequency quenching transformer

1. Technical parameters of intermediate frequency quenching transformer:

Frequency: 1-8KHZ; power supply: 100KW; transformer capacity: 500KVA; water cooling.

2. When the cooling water of the intermediate frequency quenching transformer enters the pipe diameter 1, the outlet pipe diameter is 1.5 hours.

3. Dimension of intermediate frequency quenching transformer (including cooling water bag): 600X400X390.

4. Installation size of intermediate frequency quenching transformer: fixed hole diameter: φ10; spacing size: 350X200.

5. According to the design drawing provided by the buyer, the supplier shall make two right-angle over-connecting plates at the output end of the intermediate frequency quenching transformer (it is advisable to be flush with the bottom mounting surface of the transformer).

6. The two parties cooperate in the installation, and the supplier provides free debugging and technical services.

7. Comply with the relevant national electrical standards.
