1. Using the same nickel-based alloy powder, the surface hardness of the induction melting coating is higher than that of the oxyacetylene spray coating and the laser melting coating of the same material.

2. In terms of surface morphology, the surface of the induction melting coating is smooth, which is obviously better than that of the laser melting coating and also better than the oxyacetylene spray welding coating. Subsequent processing of the induction melting coating is minimal.

3. The wear resistance of induction melting coating is better than that of laser melting coating and oxyacetylene spray welding coating.

4. For the same nickel-based alloy powder, the corrosion rate of induction melting coating is significantly lower than that of oxyacetylene spray welding coating and laser melting coating.
