1. Because the copper wire is thin and has low rigidity, the pitch cannot be too small, otherwise it is easy to contact each other and cause a short circuit after power-on; however, if the pitch is too large, the heating will be uneven, and the hardness of the hardened layer will be uneven. The number of turns is related to the thickness of the workpiece. If the number of turns is too small, the hardness of the hardened layer will be uneven. If the number of turns is too large, the impedance of the inductor will be large, and the heating effect will decrease. The pitch and the number of turns of the inductor should be selected appropriately to make the quenching performance effective.
2. The heating effect of the copper wire diameter is 2mm in diameter, and the other types are easy to burn.
3. The copper wire of the sensor is thin and the rigidity is poor. After the power is turned on, it will vibrate under the action of the magnetic field. In order to prevent the sensor from vibrating and igniting and burning, the sensor reinforcement device is designed to reduce the vibration.
