Technical requirements for hydraulic system of 10T induction melting furnace

1.The rated working pressure is 14Mpa, and the maximum working pressure is 16Mpa.

2. Flow rate 60 liters/min

3.The fuel tank capacity is 600 liters.

4. Cylinder:

Plunger cylinder φ200×1500 4 (with 4 hoses, about 800)

Piston cylinder φ90×2100 1 (with 2 hoses 6500 long)

Piston cylinder φ50×115 2 pcs.

(With 4 hoses, about 1200 long,)

Piston cylinder φ80×310 2 pcs

(With 4 hoses, about 1200 in length)

(The above configuration is the hydraulic cylinder required for two devices)

5. φ200×1500 two as a pair, set hydraulic lock (explosion-proof valve). Manual reversing valve, respectively control the tilting and returning of the furnace body.

φ90×2100 is the ejection of the furnace lining, and a manual reversing valve is set to control the ejection and return respectively to realize two-way speed regulation. (shared by two equipment).

φ50×115 is the lifting of the furnace cover, and a manual reversing valve is set to control the lifting and returning of the furnace cover respectively.

Realize two-way speed regulation.

φ80×310 is the rotation of the furnace cover, and a manual reversing valve is set to control the unscrewing and rotation of the furnace cover respectively.

Realize two-way speed regulation.

6.The outlet of the oil pump is equipped with a one-way valve, pressure gauge, pressure gauge switch, overflow valve and can realize pressure regulation.

7. The rest should meet the conventional design requirements of hydraulic stations.

8. This hydraulic system needs to be equipped with various joint seals and hydraulic hoses

9. The hydraulic system includes electrical control parts.
