2.1.1 The principle of the main circuit of the intermediate frequency power supply:
Because the power of the intermediate frequency power supply is relatively small, it is sufficient to use the 6-pulse wave, and its harmonics to the power grid will not exceed the standard. The principle of the main circuit is shown in the figure below.

Because it is sometimes necessary to replace the inductors of different specifications when heating the steel pipe. We have fully considered the convenience of quick replacement in the production of the sensor.
The heating furnace is designed with a fixed bracket that can be adjusted up and down. Through the adjustment of the manual worm gear lifter, it is possible to realize that the center lines of the heating furnaces of different specifications are at the same height. It can effectively ensure that the steel pipe smoothly passes through the inductor without hitting the furnace body.
Waterway quick change joint
In order to facilitate the operation, quick-change joints are used in the design of the water pipeline joints, as shown in the upper right figure. Its material is 316 stainless steel. It is mainly composed of threaded connector, hose connector, clasp wrench, sealing gasket, etc. The biggest feature of this kind of quick-change joint is: the threaded connector and the hose connector can be mutually matched, the fastened handle is easy to operate, and the sealing performance is good.
Furnace Lining
Furnace lining adopts silicon carbide or integral knotting method. The service temperature is above 1450℃. It has good insulation, heat insulation, shock resistance and impact resistance.
