Induction heating furnace workflow

Induction heating furnace workflow

1. Manually send the materials under the crane in the heating zone (the materials are placed vertically). After the crane in the heating zone is in place, the clamping jaws are first opened by the middle hydraulic cylinder of the mechanical jaws, and then the electric hoist is driven to lower the clamping jaws by about 700mm, and then the middle hydraulic cylinder of the mechanical clamping jaws is tightened (return to the original position). At this time, the material will be clamped tightly by the mechanical gripper and sent to the induction heating furnace.

2. Induction heating furnace

a. The heating furnace is designed as a vertical type, the purpose is to make the material heating more evenly.

b. In order to make loading and unloading convenient and safe, the bottom of the furnace is equipped with a movable bottom support. Through the hydraulic cylinder, the material can be raised by 1200mm, and the material head can be exposed 300mm from the surface of the furnace table.

c. The total length of the inductor is 2500mm. In order to make the heating efficiency higher, there is a yoke around the coil (to prevent magnetic leakage).

d. The furnace roof is also equipped with a rotary furnace cover (to prevent heat dissipation), and an infrared thermometer is also provided on the furnace cover, so that the temperature display can be seen at any time.

e. When the crane sends the material to the top of the heating furnace: one is to unscrew the furnace cover, the other is to raise the bottom of the furnace to the highest position, and slowly put the material to the center of the furnace. Manually open the clamping jaws of the hydraulic cylinder in the middle of the mechanical jaws. Drive the electric hoist, raise the mechanical claw to a certain position, and the crane drives away.

f. Drive the lifting cylinder to lower the material to the specified position of 1200mm. At this time, turn on the power supply and start heating. After reaching the set heating temperature, when taking the material, the furnace cover is also unscrewed, and the furnace bottom rises. The clamping jaws are opened by the hydraulic cylinder in the middle of the mechanical jaws. After the clamping jaws are in place, the hydraulic cylinder in the middle of the mechanical jaws retracts the clamping jaws, drives the electric hoist, and lifts the heated workpiece away.
