The billet induction heating equipment is the equipment used by the continuous casting and rolling manufacturers to increase the temperature of the billet. The relevant parameters of the billet induction heating equipment are as follows:

1) The billet needs to be increased by 300°C, from 750°C to 1050°C.

2) Production capacity: 180T/H, blank specifications: 150x150x12000mm, 180x180x12000mm

3) Working mode: continuous, inline

4) Working mode: According to the pyrometer set in front of the induction heating unit, the temperature of the billet is automatically increased.

5) Workpiece temperature distribution: the temperature distribution characteristics of the continuous sleeve blank section, the core temperature is above 1050℃; the surface temperature is 750℃, and the surface temperature needs to be increased by 300℃.

6) Maximum bending requirement of billet: Maximum bending amount is 5mm/m, head≤40mm, body<50mm

7) Temperature accuracy: ±10℃
