The heating equipment at the end of the tubing consists of an intermediate frequency induction heating furnace, a capacitor cabinet, a trolley, a hydraulic cylinder, a water pack, a trolley, a stainless steel towline, water, electricity and oil pipelines, and an intermediate frequency power supply cabinet.

There are two trolleys in this set of equipment, and each trolley is placed on a steel rail laid on the ground, pushed by manpower, and equipped with a positioning screw device. There is a trolley on each trolley, the chassis of the trolley is welded by angle steel, and the small wheels are V-shaped grooved wheels to ensure the stable movement of the trolley. The trolley chassis is equipped with a worm lifter, and a large bottom plate made of epoxy board is fixed on the lifter. In order to ensure the stable lifting of the large bottom plate, the large bottom plate and the trolley chassis are positioned by linear slide rails. An intermediate frequency induction heating furnace is installed at both ends of the large base plate. The trolley can move back and forth along the track fixed on the trolley under the push of the oil cylinder. The intermediate frequency induction heating furnace is fixed on the small bottom plate with four bolts. The large bottom plate can be raised or lowered under the action of the manual lifter. The small bottom plate can be passed through the wire. The rod moves left and right to adjust the center of the intermediate frequency induction heating furnace in the working position. Each medium frequency induction heating furnace is equipped with a capacitor cabinet. The capacitor cabinet is fixed on the trolley, and the water-cooled cable is connected between the capacitor cabinet and the intermediate frequency induction heating furnace. One end of the water, electricity and oil pipeline is connected to the equipment on the trolley, and the other end is respectively connected to the intermediate frequency power cabinet and the water and oil pipe joints in the trench. The connecting pipes between the capacitor cabinet on the trolley and the intermediate frequency induction heating furnace and the water, electricity and oil connecting pipes between the trolley and the ground are respectively installed in the stainless steel towline.
