What is the cause of the ice block failure of the chiller?
What is the cause of the ice block failure of the चिलर?
The ice block failure of the chiller usually occurs at the outlet of the capillary tube. As for why the “ice block” failure occurs, the main reason is that the refrigeration system contains too much water vapor.
The process of “ice blocking” failure is mainly when the compressor starts, the evaporator begins to frost, because the temperature in the box continues to drop, when the water flows with the refrigerant to the outlet of the capillary tube, it will be because of the low temperature in the box. It gradually began to freeze, which eventually caused the capillary tube to become clogged.
At the same time, the refrigerant in the evaporator may not circulate smoothly, or even no longer circulate, and eventually lead to failure of refrigeration. Although the normal refrigeration is no longer possible at this time, the compressor still operates as usual. After about 30 minutes, the temperature will slowly rise, the ice mass blocked at the capillary will gradually melt away, the refrigerant can begin to circulate, and at this time the evaporator begins to frost again, and the ice blockage appears repeatedly. Phenomenon, this cycle repeats “refrigeration-no refrigeration-refrigeration”, periodic frosting and defrosting can be observed on the evaporator, and it can be judged whether there is an ice block failure.
