4. 8. Temperature control system: The temperature control cabinet is an independent combined front and rear single-door control cabinet; adopts variable frequency inverter rectification technology, uses variable frequency electromagnetic induction to heat the crucible, and the temperature control is intelligent dual temperature dual control, main control aluminum liquid temperature, auxiliary control Magnet wire temperature. The protective sleeve for measuring the temperature of molten aluminum is made of silicon nitride, which has good thermal conductivity and accurate temperature control.
