Operation method of steel melting induction furnace equipment
Steel melting induction furnace system protection:
1. Over-current protection: the inverter will stop when the over-current point is exceeded, and the over-current indicator will be on. There are DC overcurrent and intermediate frequency overcurrent.
2. Overvoltage and undervoltage protection: when the input voltage is higher than the set value or lower than the set value, an alarm will be output, the inverter will stop working, and the alarm indicator will be on.
3. Loss of phase protection: it stops working when there is no phase.
4. Safety protection of the control circuit: the control power supply adopts isolation transformer input, and the circuit board adopts a wide voltage input range and high stability switching power supply.
5. Low water pressure protection: The electric contact pressure gauge sets a water pressure alarm. If the water pressure is less than the set value, the alarm will be output to the main board and the inverter will stop.
6. High water temperature protection: According to user needs, a temperature detection switch can be provided. If the temperature is higher than the temperature of the temperature control switch, a high water temperature alarm will be generated, output to the main board, and the inverter will stop.
Operation method of steel melting induction furnace:
1. Work:
1) Turn on the furnace body, the electric panel water cooling system, (turn on the electric panel air cooling switch), check whether the water level of the spray, fan, and pool is normal, and check whether the water pressure is normal. The electric panel water pressure is required to be greater than 0.15Mpa, and the furnace body water If the pressure is greater than 0.2Mpa, carefully check the electric panel and the water clamps of the furnace body to ensure that there is no water leakage. After the water circulation is normal, proceed to the next step.
2) Ensure that there is steel, iron, etc. to be melted in the furnace, so that the charges are in full contact with each other, and it is better to ensure that more than two-thirds of the furnace capacity, and try to avoid the irregular charge to be converted to form large gaps in the furnace.
3) Turn the power knob to the minimum, turn on the control power switch, press the main power switch, and the DC voltage is established. When the DC voltage rises to 500V (380V incoming line), proceed to the next step.
4) Press the ‘start’ button, the inverter will start and the electric furnace will start to work.
5) For the first furnace, in the case of cold furnace and cold material, slowly adjust the power knob to half of the rated power, heating for 15-20 minutes, and then slowly adjust the power knob to the rated power for heating until the desired temperature is reached .
6) From the second furnace, after the charge is filled, slowly adjust the power knob to two-thirds of the rated power, heat for 10 minutes, then slowly adjust the power knob to the rated power, and heat until it reaches the required temperature 7) Turn the power Turn the knob to the minimum, pour out the molten iron that has reached the temperature, and then fill it with steel, repeat step 6).
2. The steel melting induction furnace stops:
1) Reduce the power to the minimum and press the ‘main power stop’ button.
2) Press the ‘stop’ button.
3) Turn off the control power switch, pay special attention: At this time, the capacitor voltage has not been discharged, and the components in the electric panel, copper bars, etc. cannot be touched, so as to avoid electric shock accidents!
4) The power cabinet cooling water can stop circulating, but the furnace cooling water must continue to cool for more than 6 hours before it can stop.
