Analysis of the difference between dry beating and wet beating of induction furnace
The ramming material is a neutral dry ramming material. This furnace lining is a pre-mixed dry ramming material. The high-quality high-temperature binder is selected to have strong crack resistance. The high-quality and high-purity quartz sand and quartz powder have High temperature resistance, widely used in continuous operation and intermittent operation environment in steelmaking. This material is used to smelt a series of metal materials such as ordinary steel, 45# steel, high gong steel, high manganese steel, and special steel. The number of heats used can reach more than 120 heats, up to 195 heats. The ZH2 type material is used for smelting gray iron, and the number of furnaces used can reach more than 300 furnaces, up to 550 furnaces.
Ramming materials for induction furnace are divided into dry beating materials and wet beating materials according to the construction method. The main differences between the two are as follows:
1. During the construction of dry beaten materials, high-frequency vibration is used to make the materials flow and exhaust, so as to obtain a relatively dense furnace lining; wet beaten materials are mixed with water and rammed and exhausted with an air gun to obtain a dense furnace lining.
2. After dry-beating construction, the tire mold is melted with the scrap steel in the oven process, and the wet-beating tire mold can be demolded and used repeatedly.
3. Dry beating is generally suitable for furnaces with a relatively large volume, and wet beating is generally suitable for small induction furnaces.
