Design and Selection of Inductor Structural Process for Duct Heating Furnace
Design and Selection of Inductor Structural Process for Duct Heating Furnace
The inductor frame of the pipeline heating furnace is square and welded by section steel, but it must be noted that there cannot be a metal closed loop in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the inductor to prevent the loss of eddy current heating. The insulating end plates with holes in the middle are fastened to both ends of the inductor frame with copper bolts. Multiple sets of coils connected by struts form an induction coil assembly and then copper bolts are used to connect to insulating end plates. In order to prevent eddy current heating, the stainless steel liner is made with an open upper end, and both ends are made into a bell mouth to facilitate the entry and exit of the pipeline. There is an insulating layer composed of asbestos cloth outside the liner. The capacitor frame is also used as the sensor bracket. The capacitor and the water cooling system are installed in the frame. The sensor is supported by the same capacitor frame. The corresponding sensor is selected according to the diameter of the spraying pipe. The capacitor frame is equipped with a height adjustment screw to meet the adjustment requirements of the center height when painting pipes of different diameters.
