Sintering Process of Induction Furnace Wall Lining

Sintering Process of Induction Furnace Wall Lining

1. Cover the crucible mold with asbestos cloth or furnace cover, leaving only one vent hole, so that the entire furnace lining can be heated evenly to facilitate the overall sintering.

2. It takes 2 hours to slowly heat the furnace to 600°C, keep it here for 1 hour, and then slowly heat up the furnace to 1000°C for 2 hours, and keep it there for 1 hour.

3. After the furnace temperature is naturally cooled to room temperature, step on the furnace shell mold with your foot, and gently hit the furnace shell with a hammer to make the vibration and the furnace wall have a gap, and then slowly take out the furnace shell mold.

4. Check whether the furnace wall has fallen off. If there is a slight fall off, you can use the lining material to add water glass and water to repair. If there is a serious fall off, the furnace wall is not tight enough and the furnace needs to be rebuilt.

5. Put the iron block into the furnace densely by hand.

6. The furnace must be fully sintered, and the higher liquid level should reach about 100mm away from the furnace mouth to facilitate the overall sintering.
