What are the functions of the four core elements in the refrigerator refrigeration system?
What are the functions of the four core elements in the refrigerator refrigeration system?
1. Compressor: It is a kind of driven fluid machinery that promotes low-pressure gas to high-pressure gas. It is the heart of the refrigeration system, providing power for the refrigeration cycle, so as to realize the refrigeration cycle of compression→condensation (heat release)→expansion→evaporation (heat absorption). And there are many types of compressors. The working efficiency of different types of compressors is also different.
2. Condenser: The condenser is a heat exchange device. Its function is to use the ambient cooling medium (air or water) to take away the heat of the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor from the cold compressor, so that the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor is cooled and condensed into High pressure and normal temperature refrigerant liquid. It is worth mentioning that in the process of the condenser changing the refrigerant vapor into the refrigerant liquid, the pressure is constant, and it is still high pressure.
3. Evaporator: The function of the evaporator is similar to the condenser mentioned above, because it is also a heat exchange device. The low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid after throttling evaporates (boils) into vapor in it, absorbs the heat of the material to be cooled, reduces the temperature of the material, and achieves the purpose of freezing and refrigerating food. In the air conditioner, the surrounding air is cooled to achieve the effect of cooling and dehumidifying the air.
4. Expansion valve: The expansion valve is generally installed between the liquid storage cylinder and the evaporator. The expansion valve makes the medium-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant through its throttling into low-temperature and low-pressure wet vapor, and then the refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator to achieve the cooling effect. The expansion valve controls the valve flow rate by changing the superheat at the end of the evaporator to prevent occurrence Underutilization of evaporator area and cylinder knocking phenomenon. In the industrial chiller refrigeration system, it mainly plays a role in throttling, pressure reduction and flow adjustment. The expansion valve also has the function of preventing wet compression and liquid shock to protect the compressor and abnormal overheating.
