How to determine the power of the intermediate frequency induction heating pipe bender?
How to determine the power of the وچولي فریکوئنسي انڊڪشن گرمائش pipe bender?
Large-diameter steel pipes must be heated for bending and forming. The use of intermediate frequency induction heating to locally heat the steel pipe has its unique advantages and cannot be replaced by other heating methods.
The frequency induction heating pipe bending equipment in the picture is composed of a pipe bending machine, a power supply and an inductor for intermediate frequency induction heating. The sensor is installed at the front end of the pipe bender. When the power is supplied for induction heating, the pipe bender also starts to slowly rotate the pipe. Since the number of turns of the induction coil is small, the inductor is connected to an intermediate frequency step-down transformer.
The picture shows the inductor for medium-frequency induction heating bends of large-diameter steel pipes, which is made of rectangular pure copper pipes. In order to improve thermal efficiency, the induction coil is lined with a heat-resistant and heat-insulating layer. Because the number of turns of the induction coil is small, the width of the inductor is narrow, the width of the heated part of the steel pipe is not large, the deformation of the pipe bender during bending is not large, and the steel pipe will not be deformed.
Generally, the diameter of large-diameter steel pipe is Φ700-Φ1200mm, the thickness of the pipe wall is less than 40mm, and the current frequency can be 1000-2500Hz. The current frequency can be calculated according to the steel pipe diameter, wall thickness and heating temperature. The power required for heating is determined according to the heating temperature and the moving speed of the steel pipe when it is bent.
