The structure design of the vacuum atmosphere furnace door
The structure design of the пећ у вакуумској атмосфери врата
The door structure of vacuum atmosphere furnace is composed of a steel frame, cast iron trim and refractory insulation lining. For low-temperature heat treatment furnaces, cast iron trim is not required. The frame is welded with I-beam or channel steel, the thickness of the surrounding steel plate is 10 to 20mm, the thickness of the outer steel plate of the lining can be 3 to 4mm, the thickness of the lugs is 16 to 40mm, and the thickness of the ribs is 6 to 10mm, all of which use Q235-A carbon structure Steel production.
Vacuum atmosphere furnace door lifting lugs l1=0.5B, B is the width of the furnace door frame, and the arrangement spacing of I-beam or channel steel is l2=600 to 800mm. The door trim of the vacuum atmosphere furnace is mostly HT200 gray cast iron, and the furnace door trim of the trolley furnace heating furnace is mostly RQTSi4 high silicon heat-resistant cast iron.
The furnace door guide plate of the vacuum atmosphere furnace is divided into water-cooled and non-water-cooled structures. The non-water-cooled furnace door guide plate structure can be used in heating furnaces and heat treatment furnaces. When used in a heating furnace, RQTSi4 high silicon heat-resistant cast iron is used, and the remaining parts are made of HT200 gray cast iron. The water-cooled furnace door guide plate is characterized by light weight, small deformation and long service life. The water-cooled furnace door guide plate is welded with 12~15mm steel plate. After welding, a water pressure test is required. Usually, 0.5MPa water is passed in. The weld is qualified if the weld does not leak within 5 minutes.
The furnace door lining of the vacuum atmosphere furnace is composed of refractory bricks and insulation bricks, or composed of refractory bricks, insulation fillers and asbestos boards. At present, the all-fiber furnace door lining layer made of refractory fiber felt (blanket) is commonly used. .
