According to the different sizes of induction melting furnaces, examples of reference data are as follows: The lining should be checked frequently to prevent “exhaustion”, and the thickness of the lining (not including asbestos board, mica board…) wear is less than 60mm-80mm (medium and large capacity furnace), 40mm -60mm (small and medium capacity furnaces) must be repaired. The lining thickness detection device should make corresponding display data, determine the lining thickness alarm size, which is determined by the user according to the level of use and experience, and adjust the corresponding parameters displayed, (because each type of lining has the same thickness, the resistivity is different, and the leakage The current parameters are not the same, so it must be adjusted), the adjustment method, the user uses the furnace lining (after sintering ≥5 furnace) to measure 40mm-50mm-60mm-70mm-80mm-90mm-100mm-110mm-120mm-160mm…… When the inverter is in normal use and when it is stopped, it is normal that the displayed parameters are different.
