感應熔煉爐內襯需要經常檢查

1. Every time the induction melting furnace is newly constructed, the lining thickness detection device should be installed by a full-time engineering and technical personnel. After installation, the lining thickness detection device must be strictly inspected and judged to be correct and intact before it can be put into use. Sign the furnace opening form and record the inspection. If the installation is unreasonable or the contact is not good (such as the bottom electrode and the steel wire are not in good contact, or the steel wire and the liquid charge are not well connected), it will cause the lining thickness detection device to malfunction and make it unable to work normally.

2.根據感應熔煉爐尺寸不同，參考數據舉例如下： 內襯要經常檢查，防止“用盡”，內襯（不包括石棉板、雲母板……）的磨損厚度是小於60mm-80mm（中、大容量爐），40mm－60mm（中、小容量爐）必須修理。 內襯厚度檢測裝置應製作相應的顯示數據，確定內襯厚度報警尺寸，由用戶根據使用水平和經驗確定，並調整顯示的相應參數，（因為每種內襯厚度相同，電阻率不同，漏電流參數不一樣，所以必須調整），調整方法，用戶使用爐襯（燒結後≥5爐）測量40mm-50mm-60mm-70mm -80mm-90mm-100mm-110mm-120mm-160mm…… 變頻器在正常使用和停機時，顯示的參數不同屬於正常現象。 使用中的兩個參數作為測試數據來判斷爐襯的壁厚是否可以正常使用。
