①供水：先啟動高頻淬火設備專用水泵，觀察出水口水流是否正常，再進行下一步。

② 開機：記得先開刀，再打開機器後面的空氣開關，再打開控制面板上的電源開關。

③. 設置：我們根據需要選擇操作模式（自動、半自動、手動和腳踏）。 對於自動和半自動控制，需要設置加熱時間、保溫時間和冷卻時間（每次不能設置為0，否則不能正常自動循環）。 初次使用前，若不熟練，應選擇手動或腳踏控制。

⑤觀察和測溫：在加熱過程中，我們主要通過目測根據經驗確定何時停止加熱。 沒有經驗的操作員可以使用恆溫器來檢測工件的溫度。

⑥ 停止：當溫度達到要求時，按停止按鈕停止加熱。 更換工件後重新開始。

⑦停機：高頻淬火設備可24小時連續工作。 不工作時應關閉電源開關，長時間不工作時應關閉機器後的刀或空氣開關。 關機時一定要先斷電再斷水，以利於機內熱量和感應線圈熱量的散發。

⑧高頻淬火設備的保養：在空氣環境較差的場所使用時，應防止灰塵進入機內，不得將水濺入機內。 為保持冷卻水清潔，請定期更換。 在高溫環境中保持空氣流通。
