How to use high frequency quenching equipment to be safe?

① Water supply: first start the special water pump for high-frequency quenching equipment and observe whether the water flow at the outlet is normal before proceeding to the next step.

② Power on: Remember to switch on the knife first, then switch on the air switch at the back of the machine, and then turn on the power switch on the control panel.

③. Setting: We select the operation mode (automatic, semi-automatic, manual and foot control) according to the needs. For automatic and semi-automatic control, you need to set the heating time, holding time and cooling time (each time cannot be set to 0, otherwise it will not Normal automatic circulation). Before using it for the first time and without proficiency, you should choose manual or foot control.

④ Startup: The heating power potentiometer should be adjusted to the minimum as much as possible before starting the high-frequency quenching equipment, and then slowly adjust the temperature to the required power after starting. Press the start button to start the machine. At this time, the heating indicator light on the panel is on, and there will be a sound of normal operation and the work light will flash synchronously.

⑤ Observation and temperature measurement: During the heating process, we mainly use visual inspection to determine when to stop heating based on experience. Inexperienced operators can use a thermostat to detect the temperature of the workpiece.

⑥ Stop: When the temperature reaches the requirement, press the stop button to stop heating. Just start again after replacing the workpiece.

⑦Shutdown: The high-frequency quenching equipment can work continuously for 24 hours. The power switch should be turned off when it is not working, and the knife or the air switch after the machine should be turned off when it is not working for a long time. When shutting down, the power must be cut off first and then the water must be cut off to facilitate the dissipation of the heat inside the machine and the heat of the induction coil.

⑧ Maintenance of high-frequency quenching equipment: When used in places with poor air environment, dust should be prevented from entering the inside of the machine, and water must not be splashed into the machine. To keep the cooling water clean, replace it regularly. Keep air circulation in high temperature environment.

⑨Attention: Try not to work the machine without load, let alone run it without load for a long time, otherwise, it will affect the performance and stability of the machine!
