High temperature resistant bag filter system setting of intermediate frequency furnace

1) Main body: It consists of upper box, middle box, ash hopper assembly, access door, bracket, etc. For the main body, we design the strength according to the unfavorable load combination; Q235A plate is used for manufacturing.

2) Dust collection and filtration system: It is mainly composed of dust collector bag, dust collector skeleton, flower plate components, and air intake distribution system.

3) Dust cleaning and discharging system by blowing: It is mainly composed of gas pipeline, electromagnetic pulse valve, blowing pipe assembly and manual flapper valve.

4) The dust removal bag adopts the standard standard of φ133X2500mm, and the raw material is Fumes needle felt.

5) The electric furnace bag filter adopts the external filter type, and the dust bag of the bag filter is connected with the flower plate by the spring expansion ring, which forms the separation of clean air and dust-laden gas.

6) When cleaning the dust, the pulse signal is sent to the electromagnetic pulse valve by the control pulse controller, and the compressed air is sprayed out through the injection pipe to make the dust bag radially deform and shake off the dust.

7) There is an access door at the upper part of the electric furnace bag filter for maintenance and bag replacement (the maintenance, repair and bag replacement of the filter can only be performed outside the machine, without entering the inside of the filter).

8) The electric furnace bag filter is equipped with an air inlet distribution system and a filter bag fixing frame, which effectively makes the dust-laden gas entering the filter evenly distributed to each filter bag. The use of the filter bag fixing frame effectively avoids the cleaning process. The bump and friction between the middle filter bags are beneficial to the extension of the service life of the filter bags.
