Ramming material for electric furnace bottom
Ramming material for electric furnace bottom
This product is obtained by ball formation and high temperature calcination using a synthetic process. It is characterized by high density, high strength, high corrosion resistance, high thermal resistance and volume stability. The binding phase in the combination of materials is C2F, which has a low melting point and is easy to sinter to form a solid, integral sintered layer with the participation of the liquid phase. The material has good thermal compensation. It is widely used for ramming high power (UHP), high power (HP), ordinary power (RP), direct current (DC) and ferroalloy furnace bottoms, or electric arc furnace bottoms.
