Introduction of Mica Mat Processing and Forming

The mica mat, also known as the organic silicon soft mica board, is a soft slab-shaped insulating material made of high-temperature organic silicone adhesive paint and B-thick natural muscovite flakes, which are baked and pressed. The organic silicon soft mica board has neat edges, uniform thickness, uniform distribution of adhesive paint and mica flakes, no foreign impurities, delamination and flake mica loopholes, and it is flexible under normal conditions.

The organic silicon soft mica board is suitable for slot insulation and turn-to-turn insulation of large steam turbine generators, high-voltage motors, DC motors, outsourcing insulation of electrical coils and soft gasket insulation, and can also be used for various electromechanical equipment, electrical appliances, meters, etc. Winding electric heating equipment is especially suitable for high-temperature insulation of industrial frequency furnaces, intermediate frequency furnaces, electric arc furnaces, etc. in steel, metallurgy and other industries.

The silicone soft mica board has high heat resistance, dielectric properties and moisture resistance. The heat resistance grade is H grade, which is suitable for slot insulation and turn-to-turn insulation of small and medium-sized motors with a working temperature of 180°C. The silicone soft mica boards are separated by polyester film or wax paper, wrapped in a plastic film bag, and packed in a wooden box.
