Oxidation steelmaking process

Generally, alkaline furnace lining is used, which has a relatively large tolerance for the charge. The composition of the charge can have a large distance from the end composition, but it is still not suitable for large-scale decarburization, desulfurization and dephosphorization operations, because the oxygen blowing process is very easy to endanger the furnace lining It will lead to steel wear accidents; excessive desulfurization tasks will also prolong the reduction period operation and cause serious corrosion of the furnace lining, or reduce the age of the furnace or cause accidents. Because the oxidation steelmaking process has an oxidation boiling process, it can effectively remove all kinds of inclusions and harmful gases in the steel, and optimize the performance of the material. However, the process method is complicated, and the operator requires high technical quality, and the process deviation is large, the stability is poor, and the life of the furnace lining and equipment is low.
