The hydraulic tilting furnace has the advantages of outstanding stability and ability to stay at any position. This is an essential part of the entire induction melting furnace system.
The functions that the hydraulic station must have are as follows
1) The oil pump must use a gear pump, which has the advantages of stable working pressure and low noise;
2) Oil cooler must be equipped (water cooling is best, air cooling can be used for small hydraulic stations);
3) The oil inlet and return port must have filters to remove impurities in the cooling medium;
4) The tank body, tubing, etc. must be pickled and phosphated.
7. The connection material of the induction melting furnace system, the connection of the transformer to the power cabinet, and the copper bar/aluminum bar connection are preferred. The connection between the intermediate frequency power supply cabinet and the capacitor is made of copper wire, and the connection between the furnace body and the capacitor is connected with a water-cooled cable, and the length is not more than 6 meters.
