Compared with other heating methods, the induction furnace for forging has high heating efficiency, low energy consumption and no pollution; all indexes can meet user requirements. Under diathermy conditions, the electricity consumption per ton heated from room temperature to 1250°C is less than 380 degrees.

The intermediate frequency forging heating furnace is equipped with induction furnace bodies of different specifications according to the size of the workpieces to be processed. Each furnace body is designed with water and electricity quick-change joints, which makes the furnace body replacement simple, fast and convenient.
