C、氫氣中頻感應燒結爐技術要求

1、感應線圈

退火後採用無氧銅管繞製，噴塗環氧樹脂絕緣處理，並提供水壓試驗報告

5、溫度控制

(1)溫度計：1200℃以下使用鎢錸熱電偶，1000℃以上使用雙比色mrisc3000~1200光學高溫計，自動轉換為溫度

(2)溫控器：FP23溫控器

6、真空單位

( 1 ) Mechanical pump : 2x-70 type rotary vane pump

( 2 ) Solenoid valve : ddc-tq80 solenoid with inflation valve

( 3 ) Metal vacuum gauge, low vacuum gauge :

7、電動風控系統：

(1)電源具有過流過壓保護，控制板採用第五代動態控制板。

( 2 ) SCR and comes with half a set of spare parts

8、爐子：

(1)爐膛內壁為304不銹鋼，厚度8mm； 外壁為35#鋼，厚度10mm，水冷。 (2)觀察孔易於清潔

( 3 ) Manual hydraulic lifting and manual rotation of furnace cover ( self-locking during work )

(4)爐體有防爆措施（彈簧式）

9. 冷卻系統：

The main cooling portion (SCR, inductor, capacitor ) , and return each branch temperature , pressure monitoring test , once the failure is automatically power off
