1、電源系統：淬火電源+回火電源

2、每小時產量0.5-3.5噸，適用範圍ø20-ø120mm以上。

3、輸送輥道：輥道軸線與工件軸線成18-21°夾角。 工件一邊旋轉一邊勻速前進，使加熱更加均勻。 爐體之間的輥道採用304無磁不銹鋼製成，水冷。

4、輥道分組：進料組、傳感器組、出料組獨立控制，有利於連續加熱，工件之間不產生間隙。

5、溫度閉環控制：調質均採用美國雷泰紅外測溫儀閉環控制系統，精確控制溫度。

6、工控機系統：實時顯示當前工作參數狀態，工件參數記憶、存儲、打印、故障顯示、報警等功能。
