The trolley furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic operating furnace. It has an ultra-energy-saving structure. It uses composite fiber insulation, light-strength micro-bead vacuum ball energy-saving bricks, produces anti-drop wire up-slope 20° wire-resting bricks, and furnace mouth anti-workpiece impact bricks , Automatically seal the trolley and furnace door, integrated rails, no basic installation is required, and can be used when placed on a level ground. Mainly used for high chromium, high manganese steel castings, gray iron castings, ductile iron castings, rolls, steel balls, crusher hammers, wear-resistant liners for quenching, annealing, aging, and heat treatment of various mechanical parts.

Let’s talk about the method of operating the trolley furnace.

(1) The burner of the fuel heating bogie furnace should be installed along the tangential direction of the bath. The bath should be rotated 30-40 at regular intervals (such as every week) to prevent local overheating and burn through of the bath and prolong the life of the bath.

(2) Refractory cement or asbestos pads should be used to seal between the tub flange and the furnace panel to prevent molten salt from flowing into the furnace. It is not advisable to use fuel to heat the nitrate furnace to prevent explosion caused by the action of carbon black and nitrate after the furnace tube is burned through.

(3) A salt hole should be placed at the bottom of the trolley furnace hearth to prepare for the discharge of molten salt in the event of an accident, which should be blocked with appropriate materials at ordinary times.

(4) The furnace uses two thermocouples to measure the temperature of the furnace near the salt bath and the heating element.

(5) When the trolley furnace uses toxic bath agents such as cyanide, lead, alkali, etc., a strong ventilation device should be installed.
