What are the precautions for welding of vacuum atmosphere furnace?
The furnace door of the vacuum atmosphere furnace is fixed on the electric furnace panel by multiple hinges. The furnace door is closed by using the weight of the furnace door handle to close the furnace door and the furnace mouth through the principle of lever. When opening, only the handle lock needs to be lifted up. Pull the glue hook outwards and place the oven door on the left side. In addition, there is an interlocking switch with the furnace door under the furnace mouth. When the furnace door is opened, the electric furnace power supply is automatically cut off to ensure safe operation.
The shape of the atmosphere furnace is rectangular, and the furnace shell is made of angle steel and high-quality steel plate by folding and welding. The atmosphere furnace working room is a furnace made of refractory materials, in which heating elements are placed, and the high-temperature muffle furnace furnace and the furnace shell are insulated with thermal insulation materials.
The welding of alloy components is different from the welding of general metal structures. It requires that the welded joint part can withstand external force without breaking. Welding methods mainly use butt welding and insert welding repair, but also can use drilling welding, milling groove welding, butt welding, lap welding and so on. Before welding, clean the oxide scale, rust or other dirt on the surface of the alloy, and expose the metal matrix of the welded part with emery cloth. The temperature should be controlled well to avoid the phenomenon of slag inclusion, porosity and welding impermeability. When there are many alloy components to be replaced, the cold resistance and three-phase current balance of the entire vacuum atmosphere furnace should be measured after welding, and appropriate adjustments should be made to make it meet the original design requirements.
