Full fiber trolley furnace
1. Product introduction:
This series of all-fiber trolley-type resistance furnace is a new type of energy-saving, environmentally-friendly heat treatment equipment developed by our company. It has an ultra-energy-saving structure. It is mainly suitable for steel castings, high manganese steel liners, high chromium balls, and low chromium balls. , Auto parts and other products for quenching heat treatment. At the same time, it is also suitable for the drying and roasting of products in the chemical, powder metallurgy, precision casting and other industries. This series of products have the advantages of good safety, excellent energy-saving effect, and good temperature uniformity, and can replace the refractory brick electric furnace commonly used in the heat treatment industry.
2. Equipment characteristics
1. Design concept
●This series of full-fiber lining heat treatment furnace introduces advanced foreign technology, and inherits the characteristics of European industrial furnaces of high performance, high degree of automation, and simple and easy-to-learn operation interface;
2. Automatic control
●Electric heating multi-zone synchronous control technology, one-key operation of furnace rise again, the whole process is recorded, and it is automatically and efficiently completed;
●Load constant current, constant voltage, and constant power control technology, according to different load characteristics, effectively protect the load from damage caused by power failure;
●Multiple time curves can be set, the total number of curve segments is up to 50 ;
● Two program setting modes are available: “given value + time value” and “heating section + constant temperature section”;
●All parameters can be set by keys, and the data is automatically saved without loss;
3. All Chinese operation interface
●Integrated touch screen control, Chinese interface, simple operation;
4. Furnace body sealing
●This equipment adopts double soft sealing device and electric cylinder side push soft sealing device for furnace body and furnace base, left furnace body and right furnace body;
5. High sealing and energy saving
● furnace cowl panel assembled from heat-resistant cast iron , to prevent thermal deformation of the discharge generates heat , saving energy
6. High furnace uniformity
●Using a unique power distribution method to ensure that the furnace temperature uniformity meets the process requirements , and the furnace uniformity can reach within ± 8 ℃;
7. Safety protection device
●The over-temperature controller is used to monitor the upper limit temperature in the furnace, and will automatically cut off the power when over-temperature;
●Support to turn off the output when the furnace door switch is off;
