G. What is the reason for the high temperature of the yoke of the steel shell intermediate frequency furnace?
Red yoke is a common fault phenomenon in the operation of intermediate frequency power supply. First check whether there is any problem with the cooling water system, check whether the water in and out of the red yoke is normal, and whether the pipeline is aging and leaking. If it is normal, then check the following aspects.
(1) The yoke of the intermediate frequency power supply is aging, and the insulation coating between the layers is severely corroded. For this, the silicon steel sheet can be opened for surface coating treatment.
(2) The yoke is stuck with molten steel (iron filings). For this, the yoke can be polished to remove the stuck iron filings.
