The half-shaft quenching equipment is mainly composed of three parts: an intermediate frequency power supply, a quenching control device (including an inductor) and a quenching machine tool. The induction hardening method is a main surface hardening method in the modern machine manufacturing industry. It has a series of advantages such as good quality, high speed, less oxidation, low cost, good working conditions and easy realization of mechanization and automation. According to the size of the workpiece and the depth of the hardened layer to determine the appropriate power and frequency (can be power frequency, intermediate frequency and high frequency).
