Low creep high alumina brick
Low creep high alumina brick
Low creep high alumina brick is a kind of high alumina brick which is more resistant to high temperature than other similar products, can save coke consumption and increase steel output. The refractoriness of high alumina bricks is higher than that of clay bricks and semi-silica bricks, reaching 1750~1790℃, which belongs to advanced refractory materials. Low creep and high alumina bricks are based on the “three-stone” theory. Choose bauxite and bonded clay as the main raw materials, add appropriate kyanite, andalusite and sillimanite, commonly known as “three stones”, control physical and chemical indicators and particle composition, use bauxite + mullite + corundum and other raw materials as the technology plan. In the production process, the raw material indicators are first detected and controlled. After crushing, smashing, and screening, the ingredients are proportioned according to the ratio. After mixing and grinding, the particle size and moisture of the mud are controlled to meet the molding requirements. Qualified abrasives can control the number of blows, dimensions and flashing of the molding, while testing the semi-finished products and the efficiency to meet the specified requirements. Production process: use high-temperature calcined super bauxite, add high-temperature materials with low creep rate, and undergo high-pressure forming and high-temperature sintering. It has the characteristics of high strength, low creep rate and high operating temperature. It is widely used in furnace lining and checker bricks of high-temperature furnaces and hot blast furnaces.
Product Features:
1. Low creep rate and small high temperature creep.
2. The load softening temperature is high.
3. Good impact resistance.
4. High temperature and compressive strength.
5. Good volume stability at high temperature and good wear resistance.
6. Good corrosion resistance.
Because high-alumina refractory brick products have high Al2O3, less impurities and less fusible glass, the load softening temperature is higher than that of clay bricks, but because mullite crystals do not form a network structure, the load softening temperature is still not silica bricks high.
Low creep and high alumina bricks contain more Al2O3, which is close to neutral refractory materials, and can resist the erosion of acid slag and alkaline slag. Since they contain SiO2, the ability to resist alkaline slag is weaker than that of acid slag.
Product Usage:
Low-creep high-alumina bricks are made of special grade bauxite clinker as the main raw material, supplemented by special additives. After high-pressure forming and high-temperature firing, they have the advantages of large heat storage capacity and low creep rate. They are suitable for small and medium blast furnaces. Hot air stove.
Low creep and high alumina bricks for blast furnaces and hot blast furnaces are used for blast furnace tap channels. The castable system adopts AI2O3-SiC-C series. It has the excellent characteristics of corrosion resistance, erosion resistance and high thermal stability. It can be applied to the main channel of blast furnaces. Hot metal line, slag line, swing nozzle, residual iron tank, top of main ditch cover, both sides of main ditch cover, iron ditch, slag ditch, etc. To
