2. It is necessary to check the water flow of the cooling water circuit. Many people here have a misunderstanding. They think that the high water pressure in the cooling water circuit must have a large cooling water flow, but this is not the case. Due to the scaling of the cooling water pipeline or the blockage of the pipeline by debris, the water flow is small and the water pressure is large, which often causes the water temperature to be too high to burn the components.

3. The most easily damaged parts of the induction heating furnace are the thyristor, the capacitor, and the water cable. Among them, the short circuit of the thyristor is the best one to check, but be careful of the soft breakdown of the thyristor. The soft breakdown cannot be measured on the road. The general phenomenon of the soft breakdown of the thyristor is the sound of the reactor, which is very heavy. In addition, the capacitors are generally short-circuited and the terminals are broken; the shell has bulged and I have also tried to repair the capacitors, and found that the repaired capacitors are broken after a long time. The inspection of the capacitor boost will be better to see; The failure rate of the water cable is: open circuit, and it is easiest to ignore when it seems to be broken.

4. After the induction heating furnace failure maintenance personnel arrive at the scene, they must first communicate with the operator to understand the failure phenomenon, do not rush to repair, first observe and judge the fault location, whether there is blackening or damage, and then listen to the fault sound, and then again Instrument inspection, and finally determine the cause of the failure.
