사이의 연결 inductor and the quenching transformer requires strong electrical connection, low resistance, and reliability. The early design of the inductor and the transformer contact plate are connected with bolts and nut washers: the intermediate frequency sensor has two rows of M12 bolts, a total of 10 bolts; the high frequency sensor also has M8 or M10 bolts, a total of 4 bolts. It is time-consuming and laborious to load and unload the sensor once, and the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes need to be connected to the sensor, which increases the auxiliary time.

센서용 퀵 체인지 척

사진은 접촉판 본체, 누름 핸들, 누름 블록, 실링 링 및 급수 밸브로 구성된 센서용 퀵 체인지 척을 보여줍니다. 전면 중앙에는 센서의 삽입 포트가 있고 두 개의 밀봉 링은 센서의 물 유입구와 유출구입니다. 연결 블록의 표준 구조를 가진 센서가 삽입구에 들어가면 손잡이 3을 비틀면 베이클라이트 프레스 블록이 연결 블록을 삽입 포트의 바닥면으로 눌러 물과 전기 연결이 한번에 완료됩니다. 센서를 교체할 때 급수 밸브(5)를 닫을 수 있습니다. 이 구조로 센서 교체에 약 10초가 소요되어 작업 효율이 크게 향상되고 노동력이 절약됩니다. 이 척은 생산에 널리 사용되어 왔으며 60kW 이하의 고주파 전력에 더 적합합니다.
