Do not add reducing agent on the oxidized slag. In the future, 20-40 seconds after adding Ca-Si, be sure to tap, beat, and stir the slag. In summer, two people will work in turn, and no lazy people are allowed to make steel. 4. The clear sample must be taken after slag replacement, pre-deoxidation and pre-addition of ferro-vanadium. Remove the slag before sampling, remove the slag with a flat plate after sampling, re-slag, carry out diffusion deoxidation, stir the slag as appropriate, if the slag needs to be replaced, the amount and composition of the slag in the early stage of refining must meet the specified requirements, if the slag is not stirred, fluorite It can be added less, but the diffusion deoxidation should not be less than 2-3 batches, and then the work will be reduced. After the results come back, adjust and add additional alloys and charge, do 1-2 batches of refining and deoxidation, slag off and re-slagging, then the slag composition should meet the requirements, after 2-3 batches of diffusion deoxidation, insert the aluminum ring and measure the temperature Adjust the temperature, reduce the work force and tap the steel.
