1. Thermostat

Scroll compressors and piston compressors have different structures and cannot be reversed. Because the three-phase power supply of the air-cooled chiller will cause the compressor to reverse phase, it is necessary to install a reverse phase protector to prevent the refrigeration compressor from reversing. . After installing the reverse phase protector, the compressor can run in the normal phase, but not in the reverse phase. When the reverse phase occurs, the two wires of the power supply can be changed to the normal phase as long as the two wires are reversed.
Four, exhaust temperature protector
In order to protect the compressor under high load operation or insufficient refrigerant, the air-cooled chiller system needs to be equipped with an exhaust temperature protector, and the exhaust temperature is set to 130°C to stop the compressor , This temperature value refers to the compressor exhaust pipe from the outlet.
Five, low voltage switch
In order to protect the compressor of the air-cooled chiller from running when the refrigerant is insufficient, a low pressure switch is required. When the setting is above 0.03mpa, the compressor will stop running. Once the compressor is running under the state of insufficient refrigerant, the temperature of the compressor part and the motor part will rise instantaneously. At this time, the low-pressure switch can be used for compressor damage and motor that cannot be protected by the internal temperature device and the exhaust temperature protector. Burn it for protection.
