Zirconium corundum brick (special brick for glass kiln)

Zirconium corundum brick (special brick for glass kiln)

Product advantages: high refractoriness and high load softening temperature, good glass liquid corrosion resistance, good thermal stability, good wear resistance and erosion resistance, and long service life.

Product application: The main application of zirconium corundum brick is glass kiln. AZS-33 bricks are mainly used in working pools, front furnaces, superstructures and large silos. AZS-36 brick has high corrosion resistance and low pollution to molten glass. It is mainly used in parts that contact with molten glass, such as melting pool walls, clarification tanks, working pools and so on. AZS-41 brick has the best corrosion resistance to molten glass and the lowest pollution to molten glass. It is mainly used for melting wall, runner, kiln ridge, feeding corner brick, bubble brick, electrode brick and so on.

product description

Fused zirconia corundum brick is a refractory material for the key parts of the glass kiln, because the fused AZS brick not only has strong corrosion resistance to molten glass, but also does not pollute the molten glass. Zirconia corundum bricks are also called AZS bricks. The main raw materials of fused zirconia corundum bricks are industrial alumina, ZrO2 and calcined zircon sand, and the auxiliary materials are sodium carbonate and borax. The production process of fused zirconia corundum bricks is: mixing-three-phase electric furnace melting-casting-annealing-machining-testing. According to the content of ZrO2, fused zirconia corundum bricks can be divided into AZS#33 bricks, AZS #36 bricks and AZS#41 bricks.
