For each series of ball screws, the process test is first carried out according to the structure and depth requirements of the quenched hardened layer, and a process parameter adjustment range is determined. Secondly, in actual production, it must be properly adjusted within the parameter range to make the quenching hardness and pitch deformation of the lead screw meet the requirements.
