Before starting the screw chiller compressor, what should be considered in addition to checking the important points?

1. Appearance inspection of compressor and parts

Regarding the appearance inspection of the compressor of the screw chiller, we inspect from three aspects: 1. The state of the system valve should be in the open state; 2. Whether the capacity regulating valve is installed; 3. Whether the capillary tube is severely twisted or damaged .

Two, electrical system inspection

1. The main power supply voltage value. The voltage fluctuation range should be controlled within ±5% of the rated voltage, and the instantaneous voltage at startup is ±10%.

2. Control circuit voltage value. The standard voltage value of the compressor is 220V±10%. Of course, other power requirements can also be made as required.

3. Insulation resistance between phases and ground of the motor. Under standard conditions, the insulation value must be higher than 5MΩ.

4. The link between the power supply and the wire. The power supply connected to the junction box should have good insulation. The power cord should be kept away from heat sources and angular metal objects to avoid damage to the insulation.

5. The grounding wire must be installed well.

Three, pipeline system inspection

The pipeline inspection of the screw chiller compressor must be done. We divide it into three points to perform: 1. The output pipeline system must be installed correctly and properly. 2. Carry out a leak test to ensure that there is no leakage. 3. Check the compressor locking bolts. The compressor must be firmly locked.

Four, safety equipment inspection

The motor coil sensor PTC (thermistor) is connected to the controller together with the exhaust temperature sensor; the motor coil temperature sensor PT100 is linked to the control system and displayed on the screen; the normally closed and normally open closed circuit controller.
