The vacuum atmosphere furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, heating chamber, vacuum system, charging and discharging system, cooling circulation system, pneumatic system and material truck.

1. Furnace

(1) Furnace body: The furnace body is equipped with temperature measurement interface, vacuum interface, charging and discharging interface, electrode interface, air-cooling interface, etc., through various specifications of vacuum connectors and flanges and vacuum systems, charging and discharging systems, Water-cooled electrodes, etc. are connected; a heating chamber and thermocouples for temperature measurement are installed in the furnace body.

(2) Furnace door: The vacuum atmosphere furnace door is a double-layer water-cooled wall structure, which is opened manually by pushing and pulling; an observation window is set on the furnace door to observe the heating status in the vacuum atmosphere furnace in real time.

(3) Sealing: The trapezoidal groove sealing structure is adopted between the furnace body and the furnace door, and the sealing ring is easy to replace, which can ensure the sealing performance of the vacuum atmosphere furnace.

2. Heating chamber

(1) Material: The heating chamber is a cylindrical structure, and the frame is made of stainless steel; there are two sets of pulleys at the bottom for entering and exiting the furnace body of the vacuum atmosphere furnace, making the furnace easy to maintain and replace.

(2) Thermal insulation layer: The thermal insulation layer adopts the inner high-temperature aluminum sheet structure to improve the thermal insulation effect. In the same direction, it can also reduce the damage to the heating chamber by the high-pressure cooling gas and prolong the service life of the heating chamber.

(3) Heating element: The heating element is made of high-temperature molybdenum heating element, which is distributed around the circumference, has a fast temperature rise, good temperature uniformity, and a long service life of the heating element.

(4) Others: the insulating parts are made of specially designed 95 ceramic material; the lead-in electrode is a specially designed copper water-cooled electrode; it is equipped with a high-temperature molybdenum tray.

3. Vacuum system

The vacuum unit is a rotary vane pump and a Roots pump, equipped with high vacuum baffle valves, bellows, electromagnetic bleed valves, pipelines, etc. The vacuum valve adopts pneumatic high vacuum baffle valve. The opening and closing of the valve are controlled by PLC, and the linkage is interlocked. When the power is cut off, the valve automatically closes to ensure the vacuum in the vacuum atmosphere furnace and avoid the oxidation of the workpiece. The vacuum measurement adopts a digital display vacuum gauge and matching gauges. The vacuum gauge can realize automatic range conversion and over-travel protection during the measurement process, and has multiple functions such as data output and fault alarm.

4. Charging and discharging system

The inflation and deflation system includes various inflation valves (automatic, manual), pipeline accessories, etc., and the inflation pressure is adjustable, which can realize fast charging and partial pressure adjustment. During the heating process, the vacuum degree in the vacuum atmosphere furnace can be adjusted and controlled through the charging and discharging system, and the vacuum degree can be adjusted within the set range to meet the needs of special materials and processes, and to prevent certain problems caused by excessively high vacuum in the furnace.
