How to process epoxy resin into epoxy glass fiber tube

The production process of epoxy glass fiber tube is complicated. How to make epoxy resin into epoxy glass fiber tube? The following epoxy glass fiber tube manufacturers will introduce you:

The raw material for making epoxy glass fiber tube is a monotonous adhesive-attached substrate as a material and a adhesive-attached material used at the same time.

Mainly plain glass cloth and paper impregnated with phenolic resin or phenolic epoxy resin, cotton cloth impregnated with the same resin can only be used in a single case.

During winding, the adhesive material passes through the tension roller and the guide roller and enters the heated front support roller. After being heated and becomes sticky, it is wound on the tube core wrapped with the film. The tension roller applies a certain tension to the wound adhesive material. On the one hand, the winding is tight, and on the other hand, the tube core can be rolled with the help of friction. The temperature of the front support roller must be strictly controlled. When the temperature is too high, the resin will flow easily, and when the temperature is too low, excellent adhesion cannot be guaranteed.

When using the winding method to shape the pipe, first apply a release agent on the pipe core. The release agent can be made of petroleum jelly, asphalt and white wax at a mass ratio of 1.5:1:1 after being mixed and cooled. When using, use turpentine to dilute it into a paste. The tube core coated with the release agent must be covered with a section of adhesive material as the backsheet, and then placed between the two supporting shafts and the pressure roller is put down to compress the tube core.

Straighten the adhesive material wound on the winding machine so that it overlaps with one end of the film, and then wind it slowly, and the speed can be increased after normal.

It can be controlled at 80-120℃ when winding the phenolic tube. When it is wound to a regular thickness, the tape is blocked, and the rolled tube blank and tube core are removed from the tube coiling machine and sent to an oven for curing. When manufacturing the phenolic coiled tube, if the wall thickness is less than 6mm, it can be placed in an oven at 80-100℃, and then heated to 170℃ to cure it for 2h. After the solidification is complete, take it out of the oven, cool it naturally at room temperature, and finally take off the pipe from the pipe core.
